1. Scope and description of services
Skuvia Studio delivers strategic visual design solutions customized for the Amazon marketplace, including:
- Listing Images: Complete secondary image galleries (infographics, feature breakdowns, dimension charts, lifestyle callouts, and benefit hierarchies).
- A+ Content / EBC: Module architecture for Standard and Premium A+ layouts, brand storytelling, and visual product comparisons.
- Amazon Brand Story: Cross-listing brand narrative carousel modules.
- Amazon Storefront: Page hierarchy, navigational structure, and banner design for official brand stores on Amazon.
- Listing Visual Audits: Strategic evaluation of existing listing assets with prioritized opportunity diagnostics.
2. Project workflow and execution milestones
Standard project engagements follow a four-stage process:
- Stage 1 — Brief and material intake: Client provides product link (ASIN), high-resolution base photographs, brand guidelines, key technical features, and competitive differentiators.
- Stage 2 — Visual research and strategy: Skuvia Studio analyzes competitor galleries, customer reviews, and frequently asked questions to define visual sequence, text hierarchy, and custom creative concepts.
- Stage 3 — Revision rounds: Client reviews proposed designs and delivers consolidated feedback for adjustments aligned with the contracted package.
- Stage 4 — Final asset delivery: Skuvia Studio prepares and delivers final high-resolution files optimized for direct upload to Amazon Seller Central (high-definition JPEG/PNG/WebP formats).
3. Revision rounds and scope boundaries
Each commercial package (Visual Essential, Visual Premium, or Brand Experience) specifies a dedicated number of revision rounds in the formal proposal.
Revision rounds are designed to refine typography, visual framing, color balance, copy callouts, and compositional balance for the product and concept defined in the initial brief.
The following are not included in standard revisions and require a supplemental quote:
- Changing the physical product model or substituting product variations after design commencement.
- Radical shifts in brand identity or art direction following approval of initial visual drafts.
- Requests for extra modules or image deliverables exceeding the contracted package quantity.
4. Commercial performance disclaimer (Legal protection)
Crucial notice regarding sales, conversions, and marketplace metrics:
Skuvia Studio guarantees high-caliber professional design, strict adherence to mobile-first legibility standards, and Amazon conversion architecture best practices. However, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees that Skuvia Studio DOES NOT guarantee specific quantitative commercial results, including, but not limited to:
- Increases in product sales volume, orders, or overall revenue.
- Specific percentage improvements in conversion rate (CVR).
- Defined click-through rate (CTR) gains.
- Increases in organic Best Sellers Rank (BSR) on Amazon.
- Decreases in Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) or target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) on Amazon Ads.
Commercial performance on Amazon is determined by numerous dynamic marketplace variables beyond Skuvia Studio’s control, including product retail price, physical product quality, genuine buyer reviews and ratings, FBA/FBM inventory availability, competitor actions, seasonal trends, advertising bid strategies, and discretionary changes implemented in Amazon Seller Central search algorithms.
5. Client materials and Amazon compliance responsibilities
The client warrants that it holds full ownership or valid commercial licenses for all trademarks, logos, photographs, patents, and claims provided to Skuvia Studio.
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all product claims (performance promises, medical or safety disclaimers, environmental certifications, and competitive comparisons) strictly comply with local consumer laws and Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central terms of service.
Skuvia Studio disclaims any liability for listing suppressions, content rejections by Amazon moderation arising from unverified client claims, or account suspensions attributable to client policy violations.
6. Intellectual property and commercial license
Upon full settlement of all agreed fees, Skuvia Studio grants the client an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial exploitation license to publish, display, and use the delivered final visual assets on Amazon and the client’s own commercial sales channels.
Raw design source files (such as layered PSD, AI, Figma files, or 3D scene files) are not part of standard deliverables unless explicitly contracted and quoted in the proposal.
Skuvia Studio retains moral author rights and reserves the right to showcase completed works in its professional portfolio, website, and promotional media, unless a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been formally executed between the parties.
7. Fees, payment terms, and cancellation policy
Service fees are agreed upon in the commercial quote prior to project start. Payments are processed via agreed milestones, authorized marketplace platforms (such as Fiverr), or direct invoice.
Due to the bespoke, customized nature of professional graphic design work, fees paid for design phases already commenced or delivered are non-refundable in the event of unilateral client cancellation.
8. Aggregate limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skuvia Studio’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to the provision of services shall be strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by the client to Skuvia Studio for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Skuvia Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of expected profits, or third-party marketplace listing penalties.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish and European law. The parties agree to submit any disputes to the competent courts of law.
